Guidelines on Abstract submission

There is a limit of one contributed submission per registered author. Personal details of the presenting author(s):

Pre-Organised Panel/Special Session submission guidelines:
All proposals must be submitted via the portal Oxford Abstract
The panel and paper abstract should be limited to a maximum of 1000 words and should include 3 keywords and 3 references.
All abstracts should outline the significance of the contribution and introduce the main arguments from the methodological/conceptual points of view; highlight its relevance to the track themes and the core topics of the conference; briefly introduce the authors/presenters and their specific contribution to the panel.

lease note that all participants and speakers in the panel must submit individually their abstract via the conference website.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Track
Select the most relevant track for your abstract from the official list. The Scientific Committee may decide to group your abstract under a different Panel, based on the number of submissions and available timeslots.

Copyright
By submitting an abstract via the EURA 2026 submission page, the author(s) transfer copyright ownership and authorize the publication in the congress proceedings (online and printed versions).

Declarations
By submitting your abstract, you will also be required to confirm that:
- the abstract is final and correct at the time of submission, as later changes are not allowed
- the copyright of the abstract can be transferred to be published in the conference proceedings

Confirmation of a successful submission
After submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email from eura2026@iuav.it, which contains the submission details.
